๐ Change of Mind
Due to the nature of our products (personal care and prescription-based skincare), we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect product choice, or personal dislike of product results.

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if a product:
- Is faulty or damaged
- Is significantly different from the description or sample
- Does not perform as advertised or intended
- If your order meets any of these criteria, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
๐ฆ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received:
- A damaged item, or
- The wrong product
- Please contact us at support@tretinoinstore.com.au with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item(s) received
- A description of the issue
We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund if the claim is valid.

To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Returns must be approved by our support team before sending them back
- We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved:
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 5โ10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account
๐ Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or faulty item), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
